Outcome 1. Platform Framework

After reviewing your systems and hardware requirements, we develop a profile on the type of application that best fits your unique needs. Then we compile a matrix of possible functionality to address your initial business case and determine which functions should be prioritized in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Outcome 2. Project Management Tools

Your understanding of the steps involved when implementing a mobile, web or IoT app is critical to ensuring smooth, speedy delivery. At this stage, we provide a project delivery plan with established project role and responsibility requirements, and access to our highly-rated app development platform.

Outcome 3. Starter App Prototype

With a firm understanding of how to accomplish your business goals, we move on to defining the User Experience. The SemperCon team designs an interactive starter prototype for your mobile, web or IoT apps complete with app flows and an interface of 5-7 screens.

Outcome 4. App Specification Document

Using Rapid Collaborative Design methodology, we create an interactive design concept to serve as the basis for your future app development. In this last stage, we provide a formal app specification document complete with systems, device, and connectivity support requirements, as well as app user flows and screens.
